The F40 is widely regarded as one of the greatest Ferraris ever built. Conceived by Enzo Ferrari himself, it was the last model he personally approved before his passing. Raw, uncompromising and built purely for the road and track, the F40 set a new benchmark for what a road car could be. Its twin-turbocharged V8, stripped interior and near-total lack of driver aids make it an analogue experience unlike anything built before or since.

1989
The Testarossa defined an era. Its wide, straked flanks and flat-12 engine became icons of 1980s automotive design. This particular example, finished in rare Nero black, stands apart from the predominantly red production run. Few Testarossas exist in this specification, making it a genuinely distinctive piece of Ferrari history.

1999
The 550 Maranello marked Ferrari's return to the front-engined V12 gran turismo after the mid-engined Testarossa generation. Widely praised by drivers and critics alike, it combined genuine performance with everyday usability — a balance Ferrari had struggled to strike for years. Its naturally aspirated 5.5-litre V12 remains one of the finest engines the company has ever produced.

The 575 Superamerica is one of the most technically unusual Ferraris ever built. Its defining feature is an electrochromic rotating glass roof panel — a piece of engineering that allows the car to transform from coupé to open-top in seconds. Produced in only 559 examples, it represents one of the more adventurous chapters in Ferrari's gran turismo story.

The GTC4 Lusso is Ferrari's most practical car — and that is not a criticism. Its shooting brake body, four-wheel drive system and rear-seat configuration make it the only Ferrari genuinely suited to year-round, everyday use. The 12 Cilindri represents Ferrari's commitment to the naturally aspirated V12 at a time when the industry is moving away from large displacement engines. Its 6.5-litre unit produces 830 horsepower and revs to 9,500 rpm — figures that place it among the most extreme road-going V12s ever made. A car that will be looked back on as the last of its kind.
